Please join the ESD-Ecology Department within Berkeley Lab tomorrow, May 12,  in welcoming the Wageningen University Microbiology and Systems Biology Groups (from The Netherlands), and participating in a mini-symposium with these groups.

Graduate students from Wageningen University and Research Center (WUR) Microbiology and Systems Biology Groups are visiting LBNL Ecology Department for this one day event to present their research and learn about the science in LBNL.

WUR is a highly esteemed world-class Dutch university that trains specialists on variety of life sciences disciplines. WUR's research and teaching activities range from sustainable agriculture and land use, microbiology, health, environment, and food, to bioenergy. This event provides young scientists, undergraduate, and graduate students with the unique opportunity to share their research and connect with their European peers.

The symposium will be held in Building 66 Auditorium. Starting at 8:30 a.m. WUR and Berkeley Lab students and postdocs will present their research from across disciplines of microbiology and systems biology. Please Download the program for further details.
