ESTCP released a solicitation on January 10, 2013, requesting proposals for demonstrations of environmental technologies. If you are interested in submitting a pre-proposal, please notify both Susan Hubbard and Lisa Kelly of your intent by February 15th. Pre-proposals are due on March 14th, 2013.
